Speedy Decor

Its 10 days till Halloween and I still don't have any decor up. Any of you readers procrastinating like me? I'm looking for quick and easy decorating ideas, if you'd like to share any. Like our power-tool pumpkin from last year. I like when you can finish a project in three easy steps.

Maybe I will just print off this fun & free banner from Jeanie & Jewell.

Or create some Halloween bunting like this using fabric or scrapbook paper

Then again, I could just spray paint a bunch of pumpkins and call it a day.

Good thing C still fits in her costume for last year. Last-minute-decorator has no time or skills to whip up a new one, haha!

I did a little pumpkin arrangement last weekend. Just spray paint a pumpkin with chalkboard spray paint and draw the face in chalk! Or embellish a pumpkin with furniture nails. Check it out here: http://www.whatsupwhimsy.com/2010/10/its-beginning-to-look-lot-like.html

Quick and easy has been my motto for about 4 years now. Love all your ideas.

If you count throwing too undecorated, uncarved pumpkins on the porch as decorating then YES! I'm set ;)

We haven't done anything yet, but I've never been a huge Halloween person. That's more B's department, so I'm leaving it to him. I'll help when he's ready to do it... we still need to go and buy our pumpkins...

I haven't decorated either, aside from a Fall-ish centerpiece on my dining room table. I love carving pumpkins, but living in south Florida means I have to wait til the last minute. Otherwise, they'll rot in the heat before Halloween even gets here!
