Lucky Girl!
I'm not the lucky girl in question, though I wish I was! Do you remember where I posted about this casting call for Sarah Richardson's new show, Sarah 101? Well, one of my dear readers read the post and applied for the show - and lo and behold she was selected!! So not only will this reader and her hubby have their dining room made over and get $10,000 worth of labour, fixtures, and furnishings, but she will get to hobnob with my absolute favourite designer & her sidekick Tommy.
Seriously, I'm so happy (and a tiny bit envious) of your good fortune. Maybe if I'm nice, dear reader will let me stand in the bushes outside and stalk the TV shoot ;)

That is awesome! Sarah's show "Sarah's House" has just started here in the US on HGTV. I love it! I know it has been on for a few seasons in Canada. I would so be stalking the set if I were you!

Wow! Soo jealous! When I saw that post I got excited but realized I'm too far outside the GTA to qualify ... looking forward to living vicariously through the lucky girl!!
Ooh, I'm a little bit jealous as well (well maybe a whole lot jealous). Don't you feel important though, like you were the one who let them know about the casting call - they should definitely let you hang around and bring Sarah glasses of water and cups of tea or something.
Oh man, I'm just as jealous as you! At least you made it happen, right?
So jealous! I read on HGTV about the casting call a while back, but unfortunately, am in Alberta :(

OMG - lucky girl is right. I can't wait to see what Sarah does. Her and Tommy always do such wonderful things.
Let me know when you are hiding in the bushes, hopefully by then I will be on mat leave and we can teach our kids what great design is ;)

Don't despair that you weren't chosen! I was just on Kijiji and noticed that Sarah is selling a lot of her furniture from Sarah's House 2!!
Thanks everyone ! We just found out today that Sarah and Tommy are coming to our house in the beginning of April and it should be done by the end of April. I can't WAIT to see what they do with our room!! The show will be aired in the fall (don't know when though).
I don't know if you can stalk the shoot (pretty sure our contract says we can't have people doing that :)) but I'll try to post as often as I can within our contract's limitations!
